Student Registration Steps

  • Submit an application request
  • Check the tuition fees for the stage and the payment mechanism used by the Finance Department
  • Age verification for students in KG and GR 1
  • Entrance exam are conducted for students after payment for examination
  • If the student is accepted, the student is given an acceptance letter from the school
  • Submission of required documents for opening a student’s file
  • Tuition fees are paid according to the mechanism used by the Finance Department
  • The student’s name is included in the class lists

Required Documents

  • Fill out the registration form
  • Copy of student/guardian valid Iqama
  • Copy of student/guardian valid Passport
  • Copy of student’s birth certificate
  • Copy of student’s immunization card
  • Original Progress Reports for all previous years
  • Original Transfer certificate of the last school attended by the student
  • Four passport sized photographs of the student
  • Financial statement from the previous school
  • Print from Absher for the student
